Fusion of Multidisciplinary Research, An International Journal (FMR), published by Fusion Proceedings, Netherlands, is a fully open-access journal that provides unrestricted access to all published content.
Every article is immediately available online for readers worldwide — without subscription barriers or access fees.

1. Publishing Model
FMR follows a fully open-access publishing model.
All articles are made freely available to the public immediately upon publication.
Readers can view, download, copy, distribute, or reuse the content for any lawful purpose, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

There are no embargo periods, and access to content is not limited by institutional or geographical boundaries.

2. Copyright and License
Authors publishing with FMR retain full copyright of their work.
The journal does not require any copyright transfer.
By submitting their manuscript, authors grant FMR a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and disseminate the article in all formats.

3. Article Processing Charge (APC)
To sustain high-quality peer review, editorial management, digital hosting, and long-term archiving, FMR applies a fixed Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 500 per accepted article.

  • The APC is mandatory and uniform for all authors worldwide.

  • No additional charges (submission, color, or page fees) apply.

  • Payment is requested only after acceptance and before publication.

  • The APC does not affect open-access status — all articles remain freely available under CC BY 4.0.

4. Peer Review and Publication Process
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic rigor and originality.
Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers, and the final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief.
Average review period: 4–6 weeks.
Accepted papers are published online on a rolling basis for rapid dissemination.

5. Author Rights and Reuse

Authors retain complete control over their work and may:

  • Reuse, adapt, and redistribute their article for any lawful purpose, including commercial reuse.

  • Deposit preprint or published versions in institutional or subject repositories.

  • Include their work in books, theses, or educational materials with citation to FMR.
